You Can Do Both!

You have the option to split your items between VIP Consigning and Standard Consigning! If you want the big items out now, like baby gear and furniture, but want to prep clothes and shoes yourself - you can! Or, maybe you need the closet space now but aren't quite ready to part with the toys. No problem! VIP Consigning is a great solution!

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

The Consignor check will be emailed to all consignors at the end of the sale, so it is very important that you verify your correct email address is entered into our database when you, or your VIP Processor, enter your items.

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You will receive the passes by email, hand delivery by the processor, or they can be left for you at the event to be picked up at Pre-Sale.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You may choose to donate any items that do not sell-by far, this is not only the easiest option, but also goes to support local families in need in the Fayette-Coweta area. If you chose to not donate, then you must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day. Unacceptable items not accepted into the sale but delivered to the processor will be donated.

Acceptable Items

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

All clothes and shoes need to be Fall/Winter only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

We will accept shorts and short sleeve shirts, as well as closed toe sandals for the fall sale.

We will also accept name-brand sandals such as Keen, Birkenstocks, Teva, Natives and Chacos. Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts before you give them to your processor. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lanas standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you. Additional sort fee of $15 will incur for excessive amount of unacceptable items given to VIP Processors.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items. We will connect you with your VIP Processor, and together, you and the Processor will make drop off arrangements.

Are there Any Item Limits?

Juniors items should be teen brands/styles that are appropriate for Fall/Winter. Please do not send adult clothing or brands, processors will not be able to enter them.
Also, we do NOT accept formal dresses or prom dresses.
Junior clothing (Girl's & Boy's) is limited to 30 hangers per gender. An outfit that is pinned together and hanging on one hanger is counted as 1. If they are on separate hangers, they will be counted as 2. We will NOT accept women's clothing in this section. The following brands will be accepted for the Junior's Section: Abercrombie & Fitch, Adidas, Aerie, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Altar'd State, Billabong, BKE, Brandy, Melville, Charlotte Russe, Converse, DC, Forever 21, Free People, H&M, Hollister, Jordan, LA Hearts, Levi's, Lululemon, Nike, Obey on the Byas, Pink by Victoria Secret, Roxy, Sperrys, Steve madden, Top Shop, Under Armour, Vans, Polo, Patagonia, north Face, Champion ,Columbia, Lucky Brand, Steve Madden, Zyia, Zara, and boutique brands purchased from boutique stores. If you have brands that are not on the list, feel free to reach out to us for approval.
